We will work with the consumer and their legal counsel to make sure the executive offices of the corporation are making the proper decisions in making things right in a timely manner for those who have been wronged. When something goes wrong and a customer is harmed we want to get the corporation to be proactive and use the mishap as a springboard for positive, proactive and immediate action to protect other customers. Also we will consult with and assist corporations who want transformation and proactive solutions to prevent normal business challenges (such as security) in becoming major legal and social issues. Corporations who are open to change (paradigm shift) and willing to take more responsibility can be a huge part of crime prevention and common sense crime solutions. Too often corporations hide behind bureaucratic systems and legal protection and can not get out of their own way. We call it getting “Tied Up in Their Corporate Underwear”. Corporations spend millions of dollars on lawyers and lawsuits and many non-productive and exhausting years that add no value to their existence and core values. They will spend millions of dollars on public relations and advertising while neglecting unique opportunities to become a solution to many social issues in their own control or at least their sphere of influence.

The corporations that have not yet satisfied us with respectful communication or dialog are listed “Under Notice” Corporations that have received notice and refuse to have the major decision makers within their organization meet with us. Consider them in the virtual pillory to be judged by the public. In the past and when needed we have gather volunteers around the country for public demonstrations and protest in front of corporate headquarters and their investment firms that own or invest in these corporations. It gets their attention very quickly. We believe in a PUBLIC JURY in the real sense of the word. Many times the legal department, their lawyers or customer service personnel block or filter things from the executive offices, such as the CEO, President, and Executive Vice Presidents. Sometimes executives of a corporation have no idea what goes on with daily legal issues or serious complaints. Most of these leaders are very “Common Sense” and matter of fact in solving problems but never get a chance to execute the “COMMON SENSE RIGHT THING” decisions.
